POSITION PURPOSE:

Our growing organization is looking for an experienced professional, forward thinking and ambitious branch manager to oversee all functions of the Branch from the hiring and onboarding of employees to managing member relations to implementing business strategies. Applicants should have a good combination of analytical and communication skills as well as the ability to adapt to a constantly evolving industry. The ideal candidate should be excited about building a great team and establishing a good rapport with new and existing members in the area. We're specifically looking for natural leader who knows what it takes to guide a team to success. The successful candidate will value teamwork, transparency and accountability above all else.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC

  • Identify, evaluate and manage strategic risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with all Federal and State Regulations for the organization
  • Increase the overall productivity of the branch by implementing relevant employee training, onboarding, budgeting effectively, eliminating inefficiencies and capturing growth opportunities.

 

  • Maintain productive relationships with current members and establish good relationships with new ones. Grow and maintain membership accounts
  • Manages and supervises department employees; responsible for day-to-day supervision and leadership; holds regular meetings to ensure transparency and relay important communications from Senior Management.
  • Maintains and oversees all credit unit procedures and processes and compliance for audit and loss prevention
  • Overseeing approvals of loans and lines of credit
  • Marketing branch within community to attract new business
  • Marketing branch to cross sell and originate Mortgage Products.
  • Forecasts and plans according to branch/organization fiscal needs
  • Supports Operation Managers, Senior Managers and the Board of Directors in all corporate decisions that are made by positively reinforcing them with direct reports.
  • Performs other functions and special projects as may be requested from time to time by senior management.
  • Responsible for maintaining written procedures for position.

MINIMUM ABILITY, SKILLL, AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:

 

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once

Solid organizational and Time Management skills.

Excellent communication and writing skills.

Self-directed and self-motivated.

Great leadership skills.

Strong analytical skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset

At least five years of experience in management, finance, sales or a relevant business role with above average negotiation skills.
